Peter and Mary

Peter and Mary were recommended to come and see us when Peter was unfortunately diagnosed with a terminal illness. Their main concern was to find someone who could help Mary manage their investments after Peter’s death.

We were able to show them ways to save many thousands of pounds in income tax on pension contributions which were returned to Mary on Peter’s death, and produce a lifetime cash flow for Mary, which gave them both great peace of mind. When Peter died Mary was greatly relieved that we were on hand to help her re-arrange her finances and to liaise with the solicitor (to whom we had introduced them) about probate and the trusts we had set up for inheritance tax efficiency.
