Many thanks for your kind attention and as always it’s a pleasure to visit Broadway Financial Planning.
Welcome to our Autumn newsletter. It only seems like a few weeks ago that we were celebrating with many of our clients and connections on a beautiful evening here in July and yet suddenly the leaves are golden and falling and the central heating is on!
Much has also happened since then. The markets, having reached their highest point for at least ten years, saw a correction in August reminding us of just how volatile investments can be. Whilst for some investors this can prove an uncomfortable time, it's always a useful opportunity for us to revisit the investment decisions with you, our clients, and reassure you that your financial strategies are in good hands.
We’ve also launched our new website which gives a fresh new feel to our branding whilst reinforcing our commitment to our values and principles. If you haven't already taken a look, please do so at www.broadwayfp.co.uk. There are still some further improvements to be made in the near future which will include the facility for clients to download and upload documents, valuations etc directly via a secure section of the website. We think this will be a welcome addition for those who wish to operate online but also seek the reassurance that their data will be securely transmitted. We will be updating you about this in due course.
We've also taken the opportunity to work alongside some of our fellow planners based in Wales. Julie Lord has been a friend and well-respected peer for many years and we have, during this time, worked alongside her on various projects. She was seeking new challenges within her own professional life and we saw the opportunity to work with her again on best practice projects. We've also welcomed Gretchen Betts, CFP, and Mandy Whitburn who are developing their client portfolio in Wales, where they are based alongside Julie.
You will see that we've posted some of the key findings of our client survey within this newsletter and can assure you that we will be looking at ways of improving our service wherever possible. As always, though, please feel free to provide feedback at any time, as this is vital in helping us frame our service proposition.
I hope you enjoy the newsletter and the developments we've made.
