Trust, expertise and the very helpful human element combine to provide and excellent service.
As I write we are still waiting to hear whether we will be leaving the EU in a hard way, a soft way, via
a “no deal” or, more recently, just prolonging the decision. We appreciate how frustrating this is for
everyone and know that the performance of your investments as a result of this is likely to be affected in
one way or another.
Sadly, we can’t influence any results and have to wait to see what the outcome will be, whenever this
is. However, our investment partners are all saying the same thing... as we can’t influence the decision,
unless you need capital in the near future, hold tight and keep calm.
If you think you might need funds for any reason, such as to make substantial gifts to your family,
or buy a holiday home, then please let us know and we’ll be delighted to talk through the best options
For those of you that follow us on social media, you may have noticed that we have been concentrating
on certain “themes” when providing guidance, information and advice. We thought this might be an
easier way for you to enjoy our guidance or pass this on to anyone else for whom this might be relevant.
You will see we have provided a recap of some of the items provided in February where we focussed on
retirement including our article on dealing with the emotional side of retirement. March will be featuring
tax matters and, in April, we will be looking at the impact that divorce can have on finances and how
best to approach this from a Financial Planning perspective.
